Swinton Lock Activity Centre are very pleased to announce that we have been successful in our bid to include an autism hour within our open day, which will take place on Saturday the 17th August 2019. We are most grateful to Councillor Victoria Cusworth, Councillor Ken Wyatt and Councillor Stuart Sansome for their support in our application to include this hour in our day. Our open day will occur between 10am and 4pm and the last hour of the day from 3pm until 4pm will be our autism hour. We hope this provision will allow more of our local community to enjoy the centre. We will be providing further information of what will be included on the day next week, please keep the date free in your diary.
