Vacancy – Vulnerable Adults Manager

Here at Swinton Lock and National Autism and ADHD assessment centre, we believe in positive reinforcement and celebrating the wins. That’s why we have introduced a way of making sure that the hard work our local schools are putting in, to become more inclusive for neurodiverse students, is recognised.
Moving forward we will award a School, with a certificate of achievement, naming them our champion school of the month.
A School who shows commitment to:
✅ Designing an innovative and inclusive curriculum.
✅ Understanding and responding to individual neuro-developmental needs.
✅ Re-enforcing best practice.
✅ Enhanced wellbeing, confidence and engagement for their students.
✅ Commitment and willingness to work with external agencies and families, forging strong partnerships.
✅ Striving to achieve student sensory regulation.
This months winner is:
🌟Swinton Fitzwilliam Primary School 🌟
We want to share how well they have done to improve their practise and performance. Our team are proud to see their success stories unfold and we look forward to seeing their students grow and thrive!
Well done 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Take a look at one of the schools success stories in the poster below. The name has been changed to protect the child’s privacy and identity, but the information is all factual.

Absolutely deserved. I can’t thank them enough for how much they have supported my son (and me!) x

Amazing 👌👏 how, as a teacher can I found out more please?
Thats fantastic. Well done to this school for making positive changes and helping the children.
FYI ‘positive reinforcement’ is NOT neuro affirming. autisticrealms.com/why-pbs-is-harmful-for-autistic-and-neurodivergent-young-people/
