Swinton Lock Activity Centre is looking to recruit a Vulnerable Adults Manager to oversee and manage our National Lottery Community Funded Vulnerable Adults project.
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive contribution to improve the lives of vulnerable adults including those that suffer the ongoing effects of trauma caused by historic CSE/CSA, domestic abuse and childhood trauma.
The successful applicant will be required to give practical and emotional support, in an individual, needs led way. They will be compassionate, empathetic and understanding of adults with multiple complex issues.
They will work effectively and robustly with other agencies whilst advocating on behalf of the client for the best outcomes. It is essential that they have a willing and flexible approach to be able to work as part of a team or alone and be willing to undertake further training as and when required.
